This is definitely a new experience with the light red sparkling sweet wine made from 100% Brachetto. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Intense aroma of lychee fruit, rose petals and Turkish delight. Great intensity and an original character. Cheerful, sweet mouthfeel.

It goes well with fruit dessert with ice cream; with strawberries; with panna cotta.
Uncork and serve the Brachetto Birbet at a temperature of 10 - 12°C in a Tulipano glass.
