Why I suggest Bosco Rosso Raboso Frizzante Veneto IGP
A bold, timeless wine. Fullness and freshness under arm with spirit and harmony. Each glass stimulates salivation and goes in search of a new bite. Gentle, sparkling and young wine; have a good supply in the cellar of Raboso Veronese wines of Paolo Bergamo facilitate the pairing with every meal.
Sommelier:
The Raboso Veneto a red wine in the area of Lison Pramaggiore. Sparkling in the glass, it is tinged with scarlet red. Obvious semi-persistent foam frees the flow of perfumes held in the bottle. In the sparkling mouth it flows with modesty and becomes soft, the sweetness dampens, almost depriving the roughness of the tannin. Flavor of late and very ripe fruit is accompanied by an alcohol content of 11.50% Vol. The delicately sweet wine gives persistence and freshness.
