Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2015 - Conti Costanti Tuscan red wine of infinite pleasantness, never cloying, full and satisfying sip. Very persistent, a real pleasure to drink it. Sangiovese (brunello) preserves the expression of absolute balance in the ampelology. The performing characteristics that Sangiovese wine elaborates in a natural way, allows it to reach and satisfy any space and gustatory pupil, satisfying its expectations. The wine that does not know a defined border, but amazes the most circumspect producer.
Characteristics of the Brunello di Montalcino Riserva wine
The sangiovese a great Brunello, aged for 18 months in tonneaux and another 18 months in oak barrels, to then spend 24 months resting in the bottle. Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2015 - Conti Costanti produced only in the best vintages. An elegant wine, with great structure and power, broad aromas ranging from hints of cherry and berries, licorice, coffee, foliage. Very smooth tannins, silky, clean and with a great persistence.

A Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2015 Conti Costanti with game; with red meats; first courses of legumes or vegetables with lamb (Easter cardoncelle); pork in cabbage stew; Horsemeat chops, preferably spicy; Donkey stew, goes well with Neapolitan casatiello.
Uncork Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2015 - Constants and decant several hours before serving at a temperature of 16 - 18°C, in a large Ballon goblet.
