The oenologist recommends Silvano Bolmida Barolo Bussia 2020
Barolo Bussia DOCG 2020 Silvano Bolmida is a high quality Piedmont red wine produced in Monforte d'Alba. Excellent Barolo vinified with Nebbiolo di Bussia grapes, one of the most renowned Barolo crus. After a long fermentation in steel, the wine is aged for about 36 months in oak barrels and then for at least 6 months in the bottle before being marketed. Long-lived wine destined to age well, developing further nuances and complexity over the years.
Characteristics of the Nebbiolo di Barolo wine:
Barolo Bussia DOCG 2020 Silvano Bolmida is a wine of great structure and complexity, with an intense and seductive bouquet that recalls hints of ripe red fruit, spices, aromatic herbs and balsamic notes. On the palate it is intense and velvety, with well-structured tannins and a long persistence.
Suggested pairings with Nebbiolo wine:
We propose to accompany the Barolo Bussia DOCG 2020 Silvano Bolmida wine with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
