Why the winemaker recommends the 2025 Gavi DOCG
Gavi DOCG, an aristocratic wine, an expression of the terroir in which it was produced.
Characteristics of the Gavi Ca' da Bosio wine
100% Cortese grapes, an excellent wine, clear, straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, and an alcohol content of 12.50% ABV. On the nose, it is ample, fresh, fruity, with notes of apricot and hints of lime. Ca' da Bosio Gavi DOCG has a fresh, intense, smooth, harmonious palate, with excellent structure and a persistent finish.
Recommended pairings for this Vite Colte wine
This white wine is particularly suited to accompany appetizers, trout mousse with caviar, seafood, molluscs, crustaceans, seafood risotto, snails bourguignonne, provola and other soft cheeses, robiola, crescenza, and stracchino.
