Grillo “Soleras” is a Riserva Extra Old 20 year old wine. Still, sweet wine produced from single-varietal Grillo grapes, organically grown by Cantine Rallo. Native Marsala vine present in the Sicilia DOC denomination. Cantine Rallo produces Soleras using overripe grapes, the extracted wine rests for refinement in small barrels of different volumes.
