Why I suggest Grillo Soleras Riserva 20 anni Marsala DOC Rallo
Il Grillo "Soleras" is a 20 year old Extra Reserve wine. Still wine, sweet made from single-grape Grillo grapes, organically grown by Cantine Rallo. Autochthonous vine of Marsala present in the denomination Sicilia DOC. The Rallo Cellars produce Soleras using overripe grapes, the wine extracted stops for aging in small barrels of different volumes. Whether it is the best white wine produced in Sicily, it can be seen from the Grillo grape and its alcohol content, with a modest amount of unrefined sugars. The Maison guarantees the high quality produced, we have the task to taste as soon as possible.
The Sommelier: The wine produced from Grillo grapes in purity, sweet wine of amber-yellow color with golden reflections, an indicator of wine that lends itself to a long refinement. The wine on the nose is perceived with a strong delicate smell. In the mouth of the impact is almost silky velvety, the structure and the excellent acidity is innervated in an opulent and refined fruit. Very good alcohol content 19.00% Vol and infinite persistence.
