Pleasant discovery... A fantastic Cannonau passito to try. For those who are curious, it ages for about 2 years in French oak and another 6 months in the bottle. It worked well as an accompaniment to a chocolate panettone. Thanks to my Coravin, I will taste it again in the next few days!
