The Chardonnay, Pinot bianco, Riesling Renano and Sauvignon vines have made it possible to enclose in this bottle a Trentino white wine with pedoclimatic and organoleptic characteristics belonging to each production area: Masetto for Riesling Renano, Coveli for the Sauvignon, Pressiano for the Pinot bianco and Masnani vineyards for the Chardonnay. Vineyards & Wine of the Dolomites whose freshness is innate from the territory rich in minerals. Shelf life for aging over 5 years.

From the vineyards of the Dolomites Masetto Bianco IGT of Endrizzi excellent straw color with golden reflections, excellent alcohol content, 14.00% vol and consistency. Complex aroma defined as exotic. Excellent freshness and persistence with a personal aftertaste.

Recommended pairings

Masetto Bianco excels on linguine with lobster, snails and mint, mussels from Taranto, to accompany appetizers of ham, alpine cheeses, vegetable omelettes.

Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C in Tulip glass.
