Sensory Profile

Masetto Due Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT long vinification for the previously dried grapes give the wine an intense red color and violet reflections. Excellent alcohol content 14.00% vol and enveloping bouquet. Bouquet and hints of ripe cherry, berries, with notes of toasted almonds. Dry, warm taste, a good balance of tannins, soft and silky and excellent in the finish.

Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines

Recommended wine with Argentinean beef fillet, Fiorentina, roast veal marinated in spices. Seared red radicchio from Treviso DOP, polenta and salami.

Uncork and decant, serve at 16 - 18° C in Ballon glass.
