What is Grilled eggplant
The grilled or grilled aubergine is a handmade artisan product, typical of Mediterranean cuisine.

After opening the jar, the uneaten aubergines can be stored outside the fridge, it is important that the product is completely immersed in the oil; if necessary, add just enough. Use the oil you have available at home.
