A bright and long-lived Cabernet Franc with a vibrant character, an important mark on the palate at the first taste. Classy, ductile wine, dry taste. The perfume masters and guarantees the expectation, a wine suitable to make your lunch pleasant and convivial.
The Sommelier: limpid wine excellent consistency and alcohol content 14.50% vol. Grapes from old vines of Cabernet Franc, and yield their fruit to the ruby-red wine and garnet hen. Spicy fragrance prevail the note of pepper, on the palate a ripe, silky tannin, excellent balanced, hints of licorice; in the mouth rich, warm, the high alcohol content lasts long in the finish.
Suggested pairings: Ideal with game, Tagliatelle with duck sauce, roast lamb, excellent with risotto with black or white truffles, vegetable soups, cardoncelle di Puglia with eggs and meat.
