A fresh wine, pleasant scent and a fruity taste of apple, peach, acacia flowers. A feast for the palate.

The Sommelier: sparkling Wine obtained only from grapes Glera. Straw yellow color with good mousse and a persistent finish. Feeling smell a mix of fruity notes, typical of Prosecco. The taste is slightly soft, good balance of acidity, harmonious.

Combinations recommended: Appetizers, creative salads, fruit and leaf vegetables. Excellent with sea urchins.
