The Elegance of Rosé Pinot Nero: The Philosophy of the Plozza Cuvée
The Plozza Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Brut expresses the rich structure and captivating charm of Brescia's iconic sparkling wine region. Through parcel-by-parcel vinification of Pinot Nero and brief skin contact, this cuvée combines a mesmerizing cherry-pink hue with an aristocratic, harmonious profile.
Agronomic Notes: The Morainic Amphitheater & Winemaking Protocol
The vineyards thrive in the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, characterized by soils rich in gravel, pebbles, and silt that deliver vibrant acidity and deep aromatic complexity.
Manual harvesting and gentle pressing protect the purity of the free-run juice. Secondary fermentation follows strict Metodo Classico standards, rounded out by extended lees aging in the bottle to achieve a refined perlage and an ABV of 12.50%.
