Why I suggest Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry
Millesimato produced exclusively from Glera grapes, with Charmat method. Dry and harmonious flavor and that pleasant tinkling of the bubbles that inhabit it. The good acid note, with a fresh taste, is pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
The Sommelier: sparkling wine made from a blend of Glera grapes. In the glass the straw yellow color and an intrusive fragrance emerge from which emerge hints of apple and floral wisteria and acacia. On the tongue you perceive the acidic note and the consequent freshness, it contains a pleasant enjoyment on the palate.
