Why I suggest Undici Prosecco Superiore Dry
Taste dry and harmonious, and the pleasant clink of the bubbles that inhabit it.
The Sommelier: sparkling Wine obtained from a blend of Glera (prosecco) grapes & Perera. The eye stands out as the pale yellow in color. Emerge on the nose fruity and floral scents. In the mouth there is a soft taste and well balanced by the acidity.
Combinations recommended: Appetizers in general, creative salads and fresh fruit. Very good with the pastry delicate, Puff pastry,ricotta cheese Tart.
