Lambrusco Grappa Marcello produced from single grape marc of Lambrusco, paper white in colour. High quality crystalline grappa, obtained by distillation with alembic in a bain-marie. The taste is pleasantly herbaceous, mischievously enveloped in a delicate fruity scent.
With a strong, unmistakable personality, strong in the charm of ancient times and incomparable harmony.
Recommended pairings:
It is preferred to taste Grappa di Lambrusco Marcello Ariola, according to food and wine tasting experiences, alone after a meal or in company; good with dark chocolate.
