What is Grappa White of Vinaccia Harlequin
Grappa distilled from the pomace of the grapes are fermented for wine, Harlequin, and Kairos.
Sommelier:
Alcohol 48%, method of distillation, using the alembic bain-marie batch. Olfactory analysis: intense fragrance and pleasing, very fine, with a sensation of mint, fruit and red berries. In the mouth the taste is elegant and harmonious, great balance between the tactile sensations and the taste is rich and persistent.
Serving suggestions:
