Grappa distilled from the pomace of the grapes fermented for Amarone.

Alcohol 48%, method of distillation, using the alembic bain-marie batch. Intense yellow color with orange reflections, high viscosity; Aroma strong and pleasant, with notes reminiscent of sherry, surely more related to the processing of a distillate that of a normal grappa; in The mouth a strong taste, pleasant and great aroma, hints of tobacco, dried fruit and spices.
