Colour straw yellow with greenish reflections characteristic of the wines of Campania. Aroma medium intense, the flowers of broom, green apple, and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, with the acidity well-balanced, non-invasive, body good, final moderately persistent, harmonious.

Excellent Grandilla Falanghina Campania IGT 2020 Russo Taurasi for aperitif, with crustaceans, ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables, with tofu cooked in many different ways.
