Ca’ del Baio Chardonnay Valentìne (13.5% ABV): an elegant, oak-aged white from Treiso. Notes of flint, citrus and butter. Ample, sapid and sharp palate. Best with rich seafood and fish.

Ca’ del Baio Langhe Riesling DOC (13% ABV): 100% Riesling from Treiso. Notes of pineapple, mango and petrol. Dry, sharp, sapid and vertical palate. Perfect with seafood and fish starters.
