A vine that Montalbera we wanted with Letichettanera resulted in the development of the quality with a short ageing in wood.
The Sommelier: the Grapes of Viognier grapes vinified in purity, the color of the wine pale yellow with reflexes tending to greenish, bright and clear. Profumi of lawn in the flower, fresh fruit and honey. Taste: dry, slightly mineral, with good alcohol content 13,00%; harmonious wine, balanced and good persistence.
Food pairings: any type of meal, in particular, to light dishes or moderately fat. Dishes of vegetables, legumes, fresh cheeses, cured meats: prosciutto crudo di Parma.
Uncork and serve in goblets, Tulip shaped, recommended temperature 12 - 14°C.
