Why the winemaker recommends Claudio Mariotto Bricco San Michele Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC 2022
San Michele is Mariotto least famous Timorasso. Compared to Derthona it ages 6 months longer, for a total of 12 months in the bottle, after a year in steel tanks on the noble lees. This Timorasso is also young, but already enjoyable.
Characteristics of Mariotto Bricco San Michele Timorasso wine
Very centered Timorasso by Claudio Mariotto from the youngest vineyards, Bricco San Michele brings with it the right light-heartedness without giving up the depth of the fiber. Minerality, fern, stones and chamomile at the service of a fresh, easy sip, capable of widening its meshes when needed. Cellar and wait while still young, later on the hydrocarbon notes will come out, at this price it's a nice white.
