An excellent Brunello that comes from a vineyard exposed to the South-West is located in the area of Castelnuovo dell'Abate. Fermentation in cement with indigenous yeasts, aging for 36 months in 50 hectoliter wooden barrels.

Brunello di Montalcino of noble workmanship, capable of evolving for a long time. It releases aromas of very ripe fruit on the nose, to then make room for an unexpected minerality. Aromas of anise and liquorice on the finish. Great structure, energetic and rich with velvety tannins and a very long finish.
