Characteristics of Nebbiolo wine:
Precious Barolo DOCG Cannubi, dark red color with garnet rim. Mineral and woody nose; black fruits and ground coffee. Graphite. Mouth with acidic vein at the start, then it fades, leaving room for a sharp and still intense guate. Very long finish with tannins still present.
Recommended pairings with Nebbiolo wine:
