Why the winemaker recommends Rovellotti Chioso dei Pomi Ghemme DOCG 2018
A visit to the splendid cellars within the fortified village of Castello Ricetto di Ghemme dating back to 1467 which seems to have stopped time.. Enjoy an extraordinary Ghemme Riserva 2018 on the nose but ready to drink in another 5 years at the earliest. A beautiful wine from this quality winery, from Nebiolo and Vespolina grapes. Refines in medium and large oak barrels. Elegant wine, rich in aromatic facets, which fills your senses. However still young, to be left to age. It is a long-lived wine.
