Why I suggest Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2022

Much more masculine than expected. Full body, a lot of dark fruit and fine acid and some licorice. The charm increases as it fades from 13-14 degrees is excellent, otherwise it may seem a little heavy. Requires plenty of food is not a meditation wine.

Sommelier:
