The Dolcetto d'Alba Paolo Conterno L'Alto 2021 wine is a purple red wine Piemonte with ruby reflections, clear, quite consistent. Surprisingly intense, quite complex, fine quality, hints of red fruits, berries, slightly herbaceous, slightly spicy with a hint of balsamic. On the palate dry, warm, quite soft, fresh, slightly biting but pleasant tannins, sapid, with a balanced body, persistent.

With fried cod on cream of chickpeas and black cabbage with beans, lamb chops, cheeses, with pizza, fresh and/or dried fruit of all kinds.
