Why I suggest La Serra Barolo DOCG Roberto
It took years of maturation for the Barolo DOCG "La Serra" by Roberto Voerzio, obligatory to present themselves to the maximum of their form and to be able to express themselves in terms of quality. A Barolo matured in large casks, left in aging and almost forgotten, has acquired the maximum of its concentration and today conquers the palate of the fans ... I recommend drinking at least once in your life!
Sommelier:
The ruby red of the Barolo DOCG "La Serra" - Roberto Voerzio presents marked orange reflections. High concentration is also evident in the consistency, the alcohol content reaches 14.50% vol. Combined fruit aromas are mixed with floral hues, atypical hints and licorice and vanilla. In the mouth it is robust, full-bodied, warm; in one sip the evolutions during refinement come back to mind. Closes with a finish with considerable persistence.
Recommended pairings:
Wine La Serra Barolo DOCG Roberto Voerzio for dishes with important preparations based on lamb meat, with pecorino cheese and taralli scaldatelli from Puglia. Orecchiette handmade with broccoli, stew meat and potatoes, eggplant parmigiana, rolls of dried tomatoes. Dried fruits.
Uncork La Serra Barolo DOCG Roberto Voerzio and allow to air before serving at 16 - 18 ° C. in ballon wide glass.
