Why the winemaker recommends Roccheviberti Bricco Boschis Barolo DOCG 2018
The “Cru” of Bricco Boschis Nebbiolo from Barolo, a Barolo that we find to be complex. It elaborates delicate aromas and fullness of flavors. The result of constant and methodical winemaking in line with ancient cellar traditions. Fermented in large barrels and refined in the bottle, the noble Barolo RoccheViberti slowly transmits the majestic oenological power. Wine that unites the souls of a vast, suitable territory.
Characteristics of the Barolo Bricco Boschis wine from Roccheviberti
Barolo Bricco Boschis from Nebbiolo, a ruby red with garnet reflections, a wine with an accentuated consistency. The intensity and aroma takes us back to the harvest, exceptionally structured, with evident notes of violet, tar and vanilla. In the mouth, broad and warm, the tannin is soft, leaving a long, persistent finish.
