Why the oenologist recommends Tommasi Le Fornaci Rosé
A medium-bodied rosé with a satisfyingly long finish. Produced with a blend of 90% Turbiana and 10% Rondinella grapes. Rondinella comes from the Tommasi vineyards, and the grapes for the wine are selected from the Le Fornaci estate. The Turbiana vine is from the Lugana region and the Rondinella vine is from Valpolicella. A refined rosé that honors the exceptional terroir of Lake Garda.
Characteristics of the wine Le Fornaci Rosé Tommasi
This Rosé Le Fornaci di Tommasi has a light salmon tone with some grapefruit in a slightly fruity bouquet. Sweet fruit on the palate and fragrant ripe apple with grapefruit on the palate. The acid remains unobtrusively in the background, has a good supporting effect. It is very pleasant to drink, with slightly tart and citric notes on the finish.
Recommended wine pairings Le Fornaci Rosé
