Characteristics of the Le Pernici di Broglia wine
Elegant and pleasant color, pure Pinot Nero mirrors the territory to be discovered. The wine is young and ready to drink, lively and fresh, notes of cherry and blackberry, especially the scent of blood orange, almost blood orange, stands out.
Recommended pairings with Pinot Nero red wine Piemonte
A perfect pairing: Tortellone in vegetable demiglace. Ideal for an aperitif based on cured meats and sliced meats; also excellent with red meat dishes, a sirloin and seasonal vegetables.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 16 - 18 °C in a Balloon glass.
