Vineyards in Appiano Monte: Organic Philosophy and Respect for the Terroir

We are the largest wine-growing estate in Appiano Monte, a prominent position where we work exclusively with hand-picked and organically grown grapes. Our primary goal is to produce pure, authentic, and high-quality wines, actively protecting the natural biodiversity of flora and fauna while strictly avoiding the use of additives in the cellar.

Between Tradition and Innovation: Aging and the New Underground Cellar

In the cellar, we guide the natural fermentation process with extreme care and gentleness. Thanks to a long aging process in wooden barrels and an extended period in contact with the lees, we create long-lived wines that are expressive and a faithful reflection of each individual vintage.

Since 2017, production has moved to a new and futuristic completely underground cellar: a proud element of modern architecture nestled right in the center of the historic estate. This subterranean structure provides the ideal conditions for aging, giving our bottles all the space and constant temperature they deserve.
