Pecorino Bosco Nestore IGP white wine from Abruzzo, young loved by young people, manages to be appreciated for its freshness and easy drinkability. Wine that benefits the palate on warm evenings at dinner with friends. Having a good supply in the fridge also refreshes the soul.
Characteristics of Pecorino wine
Vinified and left to mature in steel, it soon becomes available on the palate. Pecorino Bosco Nestore PGI Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, citrus scent, immediate sensation of freshness. Excellent alcohol content, fairly balanced wine.
Recommended pairings with Pecorino wine:
Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGP Cantine Bosco Nestore preferable for the whole meal and with spaghetti allo scoglio, fried fish, and/or raw fish, seasonal vegetable soup, peppered mussels, fresh, rustic cheeses, savory pizzas.
