The Sommelier: This wine is obtained from grapes 100% Barbera, the wine 13,00% Vol. At the sight a deep ruby red colour, limpid and consistent. On the nose , vinous.In the mouth it is dry, soft, fresh with a good ending.
Recommended accompaniments: Polenta, Stews, and braised meats, mixed Boiled meat, Risotto with truffles, goat cheeses,blue cheeses, Parmesan cheese with mustard or honey.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 18 - 20°C in the chalice Ballon.
The alcohol is 13.00% vol.
