Barbera tasting another nice discovery. Barbera only steel. Impenetrable ruby red, very played on spiciness, very pleasant acidity of the Barbera, well integrated fruit (cherry) and good persistence.

Very fresh and drinkable Barbera. Perfumes of very fresh fruit, red flowers, then animal notes of leather above all. Good intensity and pleasant softness flanked by a decisive acid shoulder and a well-pronounced sapidity. Overall very pleasant.

it lends itself well to accompany polenta; the stews; braised meat; roasts; fondue with truffles; blue cheeses.
