Why I suggest Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut
Millesimato produced exclusively from Glera grapes, with Charmat method. Dry and harmonious flavor and that pleasant tinkling of the bubbles that inhabit it. The good acid note, with a fresh taste, is pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
The Sommelier: Sparkling wine made from a blend of Glera grapes. In the glass the straw yellow color is evident, and an intrusive scent with fruity and floral scents. On the tongue the touch is soft, of good acidity.
Suggested pairings: Aperitifs, imaginative salads. Excellent with fish dishes, with shellfish, Burgundy snails.
Recommended serving temperature 8 ° C, in Flute glass.
