Why I suggest Sparkling wine Brut 2014 Trento DOC classic Method
The vinification of the grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Nero Endrizzi Brut is full with the second fermentation in the bottle, the traditional method (Champenois). Leaving the wine to mature for 24 months on natural yeasts, enriching its range of aromas. The “Dosage” for this sparkling wine, which is a minimum to maximise the natural organoleptic characteristics deriving from the craftsmanship particularly accurate.
The Sommelier: Colour: straw yellow with green reflections of good alcohol content 12,50% Vol.; the uve-scented Chardonnay and Pinot noir, give a froth which is evanescent, and the perlage is fine and elegant. On the nose perfumed, hints of fresh fruit, yellow peach and in mouth one perceives a distinct flavour, resulting in freshness, the wine gently dry, cheerful and easy to drink, intense flavour, soft and silky.
Food pairings: Excellent with appetizers of sea and land, ham and melon. Enjoyable throughout the meal.
Serve at a temperature of 8°to 10 ° C in a goblet Flute.
