Why the winemaker recommends Strapellum Brut Cuvée Millesimato
A generous wine, simple like its people.
Characteristics of the Cuvée Millesimato wine from Strapellum
Sparkling Brut Cuvée Millesimato, clear and crystalline in the mouth, it transmits warmth and the olfactory sensation of hay grass, allowing our mind to wander to the natural meadows in the woods of Monte Vulture. A territory of volcanic origin which gives the wine a marked acidity, transforming itself into a perception of freshness and minerality. It turns out to be a soft, dry and well drinkable sparkling wine.
