Why I suggest Sparkling wine Brut Cuvée Millesimato
A generous wine, as simple as its people.
Sommelier:
Sparkling wine produced in the Vulture area (Irpinia) with the Charmat method. The Sparkling wine millesimato clear and crystal, from the ccolour white paper with greenish reflections, foam with fleeting bubbles and the purposes. Optimum consistency and gradation in alcohol 13,00% vol. In the mouth the wine conveys warmth and olfactory sensation of grass hay, leaving us to wander the mind the natural meadows in the woods of Mount Vulture. A territory of volcanic origin that gives the wine great acidity, morphing the perception of freshness and minerality. It is a sparkling wine with a soft, dry and easy to drink.
Food pairings:
Sparkling wine Brut Cuvée Millesimato Cellars Strapellum great for appetizers and seafood Salads, grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignon, creamed Cod with potatoes and pumpkin, Salmon, Terrine of venison, Ravioli (ricotta and spinach), Cod steamed with cream.
Uncork Sparkling wine Brut Cuvée Millesimato Cellars Strapellum and serve fresh at a temperature 6 - 8°C. in the goblet flûte.
