Sparkling wine produced with Malvasia, Falanghina and Chardonnay grapes in the Vulture area (Irpinia) using the Charmat method.
Characteristics of Strapellum White Extra Dry wine
White Extra Dry sparkling wine, tactile sensation on the warm palate and excellent flavor, a characteristic of the production terroir on volcanic soils close to Mount Vulture at 500 meters above sea level. An accentuated acidity turns into freshness, synonymous with young wines, leaving fullness, roundness, a dry and clean mouth. It is a soft, dry sparkling wine with good drinkability.
Recommended pairings with Strapellum White Extra Dry sparkling wine
Cantine Strapellum White Extra Dry sparkling wine excellent for seafood salad, baked saltwater fish in foil, grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignonne, Cod with potatoes and pumpkin, Salmon, Game terrines, Ravioli (ricotta and spinach), Steamed cod with creams.
Uncork Cantine Strapellum Spumante White Extra Dry and serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8°C in a flûte glass.
