Why I suggest Sparkling wine White Extra Dry
A generous wine, like its people.
Sommelier:
Wine, sparkling wine produced with grapes Malvasia, Falanghina and Chardonnay in the Vulture area (Irpinia) with the Charmat method. The wine by thecolour yellow with greenish reflections, the mousse is evanescent. Sparkling bright medium consistency and alcohol content of alcohol 12,00% vol. Tactile sensation on the palate: warm and great flavour characteristic of the terroir of production, the volcanic soil on the slopes of mount Vulture at 500 metres above sea level. Acidity accentuated turns into freshness, synonym of young wines, while leaving the fullness, the roundness, the mouth is dry and pulitala. It is a sparkling wine with a soft, dry, good drinkability.
