Another excellent Prosecco Extra dry from Zago - Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Clear crystalline yellow color, fine and lively perlage. Yeasty nose followed by chalk and white flowers. Aromas of elder flower and ripe pear, perhaps a hint of citrus. Final with nice minerality and medium acidity. Great value.
Recommended pairings:
Seafood appetizers; risotto with Parmesan artichokes; White meat; fresh fruit.
