The Barolo is one of Piedmont for excellence, tasting Grappa di Barolo seems to breathe the perfumes of the limited area of the Langhe, among the flowers of the rosa canina wild and the scent of sour cherries. The grappa can follow in the footsteps of the wine, becoming a reference point for the “shoals of piedmont”.
STYLE:
Dry, aged.
SCENTS: floral, fruity (hazelnut), spicy (liquorice, vanilla, tobacco and leather
The FLAVOUR is Pleasantly tannic, rich, and persistent.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
