Characteristics of Paladin Syrah red wine
Syrah Paladin a brilliant Veneto red wine with a ruby edge. Wine of great personality and good alcohol content 13.50% vol, clear. On the nose a well-balanced aroma of jam and spices with an aftertaste of blackberry and blueberry red fruits. Full-bodied, soft taste, with soft tannins, balanced and long persistence in the finish.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Syrah red wine
Syrah 2019 Paladin excellently accompanies boiled dishes, sipped as an aperitif, Troccoli alla chitarra, Red and white meat, we also recommend it with fish in sauce, croutons and platters of cheeses and cold cuts.
Uncork Syrah 2022 Paladin and serve at a temperature of 16 - 18 °C in Ballon chalice.
