Why I suggest Chardonnay Petramontis
By suitable terraces of the Cembra Valley an elegant wine of noble origins.
The Sommelier: The Chardonnay is a wine with a straw yellow color, consistent with its 12,50%vol. The bouquet is intense and fruity taste of Golden apple, with light tropical notes and vanilla; the Taste is from the flavour is dry, fresh, with good acidity.
Serving suggestions: Wine to be very versatile, excellent for aperitif and with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures. Ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables,with tofu cooked in many different ways. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers. Orttimo as an aperitif, accompanies appetizers, both meat and fish, and also with dishes of vegetables and soups.
Uncork immediately before serving and serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a goblet Rhine.
