The Sommelier: The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, the wine is clear and consistent, good alcohol content 12,50%. Bouquet: intense, spicy, with notes of cloves, flowers d’ orange, the characteristic gradient of the wines of hills from south tyrol. In the mouth, with excellent body, particularly soft, with intense aromatic persistence.

Food pairings: Ideal with dishes vegan risotto with asparagus, salad with fennel, tomatoes, and creative salads and fruit,with tofu cooked in many different ways. Pate of goose liver or raw fish.
