Why I suggest Amaro Gentile 30°
Amaro Gentile, elixir of thirteen Piedmontese herbs, berries and roots. Each variety gives fragrant, flavoring and digestive notes and properties. The production follows the Piedmontese recipe book, the herbs are left to macerate for twelve months in aged Moscato grappa, while the remaining part is infused in alcohol, together with orange and lemon peel. Sage, marjoram, gentian roots and thyme can be recognized. A fine digestive, the Amaro Gentile also becomes an aperitif to be refreshed with ice, and possibly accompanied by mint and lemon zest.
PERFUMES: Rhubarb, lemon peel.
Serve Amaro Gentile 30° Mazzetti di Altavilla at a temperature of 12 -14 ° C in small Tulipano glass.
