Why I suggest Barolo DOCG Arborina 2017
Great Barolo, perfect, useless to get lost in words, it borders on perfection, still young, I recommend trying it from year to year for a decade.
Sommelier:
Great Barolo, great cru, great vintage. Intense ruby color with garnet components. Fruits of the undergrowth, cherry, pepper and tobacco on the nose. On the palate it reveals a wine with great body and drive. Red fruits, plum, smoked leather, soft tannins, great acidity. The only improvement is still a few years in the bottle.
Recommended pairings:
Barolo DOCG Arborina 2017 Elio Altare with honor on braised.
Uncork Barolo DOCG Arborina 2017 Elio Altare and decant one hour before serving at a temperature of 20 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
Cellar:
... since 1948 Cantina Altare, sized for a family, Elio and his daughter Silvia run the company bringing a production of their wine to about 70,000 bottles a year. Labels spread all over the world to conquer increasingly demanding palates ...go to the card
