Why I suggest Bianco di Sei Etna DOC
Excellent result of a large area full of minerals. White wine made from grapes of 80 years old vines for which it deserves an extra point. Dry, mineral, typically from Etna a beautiful discovery.
The Sommelier: Carricante and catarratto from the northern area of Etna. Intense and transparent straw yellow. The nose is elegant and opens little or little with white fruit, orange and acacia flowers, vegetable and mineral notes. On the palate it has a beautiful balance between acidity and softness, both of which are well present, the softness also supported by a moderate alcoholic note, completes the flavor that is certainly not lacking. Discreet persistence and nice drink.
Recommended pairings: Wine for a meal with fish and delicate meats; vegetable first courses Brussels sprouts, asparagus, battered and fried zucchini flowers, risotto with artichokes, fresh broad beans, bread and pecorino.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 12 - 14 ° C, in the Renano glass.
Wine cellar: ... Extreme and unique wines, recognizable thousands of kilometers from their origin, represented as the Cru Contrada Santo Spirito, Di Sei and Mofete. ...
