Characteristics of Bovale wine:

Sardinian red wine, intense ruby with excellent alcohol content 14.00 Vol. produced from Bovale Sardo grapes. Wine rich in fruit, an aromatic range with intense hints of berries and spices. Robust flavor with good body, good non-biting tannins, persistent finish.

Suggested pairings with Bovale wine:

Isola dei Nuraghi Bovale IGT 2022 Melis, excellent for fatty dishes rich in flavours; Milanese risotto, with truffles, rolls and meat pies. Troccoli and orecchiette with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, excellent for marinating meat, rabbit cacciatore, duck on the spit.
