Why the winemaker recommends Bentu Wine Traessale Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT
For those who are familiar with the grape variety, it will not be difficult to understand that this is not a pure Bovale (as stated by some sources). Bovale is present (perhaps in the majority) but in a blend with Carignano and Cannonau. The first red in importance, it blends structure and elegance with dark fruits in evidence and hints of Mediterranean scrub. Its death is lamb meat.
