Why the oenologist recommends Michele Chiarlo Barolo DOCG Cannubi 2016
There is nothing else to say beyond the 5 stars except...Perfect!
Characteristics of Nebbiolo wine:
Fine Barolo DOCG Cannubi, dark Piedmont red wine with a garnet finish. Mineral and woody nose; black fruits and ground coffee. Graphite. Mouth with acidic vein at the start, then it fades, leaving room for a sharp and still intense guate. Very long finish with tannins still present.
Recommended pairings with Nebbiolo wine:
Barolo DOCG Cannubi 2016 by Michele Chiarlo with game, red meat; vegetable first courses with lamb meat; cabbage and pork foot stew; Meat chops better if spicy; Donkey stew, goes well with Neapolitan casatiello.
Uncork Cannubi Barolo 2016 Michele Chiarlo and decant one hour before serving at a temperature of 16 - 18°C, in a large Ballon goblet.
